Refund policy

Please read this policy before you buy. By placing an order you agree to it.

Return window You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Requests after 14 days will not be accepted, except for defective items covered under "Defective or damaged items" below.

How to return

  • Email lowvoltagegadgets@gmail.com or call +1 323-432-0302 within 14 days of delivery to get a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
  • Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving your RMA. We will send the return shipping address with your RMA.

Condition of returned items

  • The item must be in like-new condition, in its original packaging, with all included accessories, cables, charger and manual.
  • Items that are damaged by the customer, missing parts, or not in resalable condition may be refused or may have additional amounts deducted from the refund.

Restocking fee A 15% restocking fee (calculated on the item purchase price) applies to all change-of-mind returns, including items that are opened, unwanted, or ordered by mistake. The fee is deducted from your refund. No restocking fee applies to defective items, items damaged in transit, or items we sent in error.

Return shipping You are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns. We recommend a trackable, insured shipping method, since we cannot refund items lost or damaged in return transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Refunds Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank or card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Defective or damaged items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will repair, replace or refund the item, including return shipping, as required by applicable California law. Your rights under California's Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act are not affected by this policy.

Cancellations Contact us right away to cancel an order. Orders that have already shipped are treated as returns under this policy.
